On March 12th, EFESME attended the General Assembly of VmA, its German member.
On this occasion, EFESME, introduced by a video-message by President Massimo Bezzi, and represented by one of its Vice-Presidents, Mr Damyan Petrov, and by Mr Ralph Kanzler, President of VmA and its representative within the Federation, had the opportunity to meet the representatives of German SMEs, and to get to know their market and their needs first-hand.

The General Assembly was also an excellent opportunity to discuss and talk about EFESME's latest activities, starting with its keen interest in digitalisation and the opportunities and challenges it can create for SMEs at national, European, and global level.
There was also the opportunity to present the various working groups in which the Federation participates within CEN-CENELEC, ISO and ETSI, among many others, as well as to go into more detail about the activities carried out with the help of SBS - Small Business Standard for European and international standardisation to support and help SMEs.
